The 42nd Annual Course marked the first time the course was hosted at the University of
Wisconsin–Madison. The program featured 21 lectures and 15 pick-a-labs spanning
spectral and mass cytometry, extracellular vesicles, advanced compensation, and imaging
integration — reflecting the rapidly diversifying cytometry landscape.
